In her quest for healing, Ashley embraces a holistic perspective that honors the interconnectedness of physical, spiritual, emotional and energetic bodies. She recognizes that true healing involves not only the alleviation of physical symptoms but also the nurturing of emotional well-being and the cultivation of spiritual growth. Ashley Tiedeman embarked on her yoga journey in 2014, immersing herself in the practice's transformative power. Her dedication led her to become a certified yoga teacher in 2018, recognized by the Yoga Alliance. Alongside her yoga expertise, Ashley has immersed herself in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Integrating NLP principles into her teachings, Ashley empowers individuals to overcome barriers, achieve goals, and unlock their full potential. By blending yoga and NLP, Ashley offers a holistic approach to wellness, guiding others toward self-awareness, resilience, and fulfillment.

Brazilian by soul, Tati seamlessly weaves together the worlds of yoga, embodiment practices, meditation, breath work, and sound healing creating a unique and transformative experience for those who cross paths with her.
As a dedicated yoga practitioner and dancer, movement is one of her favorite ways to reconnect to her body. With experience in street dance and gymnastics, she infuses into her yoga classes elements of grace, fluidity, and expressive movement.
Tatiana began her journey in the world of dance at a young age, cultivating a deep connection with her body and a profound appreciation for the art of movement. This passion led her to explore the complementary practice of yoga, where she discovered the transformative power of uniting breath, alignment, and mindful awareness. Through 10 years of dedicated practice, 7 years of teaching experience, and over 800h of YTT Tati has developed a unique teaching style that fuses the precision and discipline of dance with the mindfulness and introspection of yoga.
Certified in women’s embodiment arts, her classes are a dynamic blend of creativity, rhythmic flow, and expressive movement, offering students an opportunity to tap into their inner strength, grace, and authentic self-expression. She believes in creating a holistic experience that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit, allowing practitioners to cultivate a deeper sense of presence, self-awareness, and inner harmony.
